Accessibility statement

Servier undertakes to make its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, it is implementing the following strategy and actions:

  • Following the servier.com accessibility audit conducted in December 2022, Servier is implementing an annual plan for 2023.
  • A control audit was conducted in March 2023.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the servier.com information site.

Compliance status

The servier.com information site is compliant with General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA 4.1).

Test results

The compliance audit conducted by ACCESSMAN reveals that:

  • 100% of the criteria for General Accessibility Guidelines are met.
  • Average compliance of the online service is 100%.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was issued on 30 March 2023.

The following technologies were used to construct the servier.com corporate site:

  • WordPress 6.1.1;
  • PHP 8.1.6.

Validity of accessibility statement

The accessibility statement is valid from the date of its publication. It must be updated:

  • when there is a substantial modification or redesign of the relevant site;
  • 3 years after the publication date of the statement, or,
  • 18 months after the publication date of a new version of the standard for those who apply the technical method.

However, it may be desirable to update the accessibility statement more regularly, even for the same version of the technical methods used, in order to highlight the efforts made and to update the percentage of criteria met.

Multi-year accessibility plan

Plan content

In application of section III of the aforementioned Article 47, the multi-year plan has a maximum duration of three years and outlines the digital accessibility policy of the institution concerned. Compliance work and actions to improve digital accessibility are planned on an annual basis in the action plans.

Publication of a plan

Digital accessibility is a major concern linked to the development and provision of websites or applications by the Communication Department of Servier Group. This commitment to digital accessibility is reflected in the development of a multi-year digital accessibility plan combined with annual action plans aimed at ensuring compliance with General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA – Référentiel général d’amélioration de l’accessibilité) and providing progressive enhancements to the relevant websites and applications. The multi-year plan and the action plan for the current year are available below.
