Early December, Servier Italy was for the first time officially certified with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) label.

GPTW is a survey the subsidiary aimed at all employees through the so-called Trust Index©, which allows to measure the “People experience”, or the human and professional experience of each employee. The Index takes 5 dimensions of the Company organization into account: credibility, respect, pride, cohesion and equity.

Servier Italy got a 82% Trust Index Score, which indicated that the employees have a high level of trust in the company.
