Mécénat Servier is mobilizing against school disengagement

The charity fund Mécénat Servier has signed a new partnership with the Banlieues Santé association for the purchase and distribution of digital tablet and diverse school supplies.

The educational material, financed by a donation of 23 000€, is designed to fight against the disengagement of school students in fragile social situations in high-priority city districts and rural areas in France.

During the current health crisis related to the spread of Covid-19, the distribution of these digital tablets will allow students to maintain their link with their schools and ensure the continuity of their education.

Banlieues Santé is a nonprofit association that creates and cobuilds medical and social innovations.

Their action is to get as close as possible to communities that are difficult to access or that are in decline, to allow them to aim for a better state of physical and psychological well-being despite the social, economic obstacle or even the misunderstanding of the health system.
