Every year, on March 8, International Women’s Rights Day is celebrated around the world. Established by the United Nations, it is an opportunity to honor the achievements – social, economic, cultural and political – of women. The day also marks a call to action to mobilize for women’s rights and gender equality.
As part of this international day, Servier reaffirms its commitment to promoting equality within the Group.
“With the signing of the Diversity & Inclusion commitment in October 2020, the Group has demonstrated its willingness to fight all forms of discrimination and promote diversity,” says Siham Imani, Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy and sponsor of the #ServierDiversity project. “From now on, it is up to all of us to be alert and to create a working environment that guarantees equal opportunities: from recruitments to promotions to remuneration.”
