On December 9, the scientific video conference organized by the Pasteur-Weizmann Council took place. This Council aims to develop the scientific collaboration between the Pasteur Institute and the Weizmann Institute of Sciences in the context of their biomedical research.
Thanks to the support of many donors, including L’Institut Servier, a specific research program to develop better understanding of the neurological consequences of the coronavirus epidemic has been urgently created: the Neurocovid program.
This program, which will allow the most qualified researchers and the most experienced teams from Pasteur and Weizmann to work together, was presented during this online conference (mostly in French).
As L’Institut Servier is an “emergency sponsor” of the Neurocovid program, Olivier Laureau, President of Servier, was able to testify to the commitment of the Group in the fight against Covid-19 and to the historic partnership between L’Institut Servier and the Pasteur-Weizmann Council for collaborative research for the benefit of patients.
