Our new Research and Development Institute in Paris-Saclay welcomed its first employees on February 14. Eventually, more than 1,500 employees will be working in the Institute.
The objective of the Servier R&D Institute in Paris-Saclay is to develop a more agile and open approach to R&D that centers even more closely around the patient to speed up the discovery of innovative therapeutic solutions. At Paris-Saclay, we are able to combine the Group’s innovation potential with a powerful ecosystem and a center of scientific excellence. In choosing to integrate Paris-Saclay, Servier is also helping to drive momentum in the local economy and boosting the profile of French research.
“I am very proud and happy to welcome our employees to our new Servier Research and Development Institute. It was a collective moment that the teams shared together, and which was intended to bring them together to mark their arrival at Saclay. Because their well-being is a priority, we have designed this place, entirely eco-responsible, in order to offer them an optimal working and living environment. I would also like to thank all those who have contributed to making a dream come true.”
Claude Bertrand, Executive Vice President Research and Development.
