Servier United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Servier Saudi Arabia (KSA) have just been certified by Great Place to Work®, an internationally renowned human resources analysis and consulting firm. The two countries asked their employees last December to participate in a survey to assess their working conditions.
Servier UAE and Servier KSA are committed to respecting their commitments to their employees. In December, both subsidiaries invited employees to participate in the Trust Index® survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® label.
“Our intention was to gather feedback that will help us run our business more strategically and gain recognition for our great culture,” says Anthony Mallet, General Manager of the Gulf Council Corporation (GCC).
Servier, the place to work
The majority of Servier UAE and Servier KSA employees took part in the game, with 97% and 92% participation rates respectively. Both subsidiaries can also be pleased with the overall scores obtained from the survey: 73% for Servier KSA and 69% for Servier UAE.
These positive evaluations, which testify to employees’ recognition of their workplace, enable them to obtain Great Place to Work® certification.
