Paediatric oncology: Servier attends SIOP virtual congress

From October 14 to 17, Servier will be present at the virtual edition of the annual congress of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology. SIOP International is the only global multidisciplinary society entirely devoted to paediatric and adolescent cancer. The society has more than 2 000 members worldwide including healthcare professionals, scientists and researchers dedicated to increasing knowledge about all aspects of childhood cancer.

Servier, a platinum sponsor of the congress, worked in partnership with SIOP to create a hybrid model meeting: a virtual meeting with face-to-face small group satellite hubs in 4 locations: Canada, The Netherlands, Italy and Slovakia. This is a first time for a medical conference in hematology.

With its virtual booth providing medical education and product information, Servier will have the opportunity to reinforce its commitment to support the patients affected by Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and their family.

The group will organize one symposium: “Building bridges to ensure best possible outcomes for all people with ALL”.
