I am from the Tianjin site in China, working as a QC engineer in the laboratory. I have been with Servier for 16 years, and I am delighted to share my growth experience here. In 2015, our site decided to launch the LIMS project in the laboratory (Laboratory Information Management System), a system plays a key role in data integrity and improving work efficiency. Due to my performance in daily work, I was appointed project leader and traveled to the Arklow site in Ireland for training in 2015 and 2017.
It was a challenge for me, both in professional knowledge and in adapting to a new environment and language. During the training, I felt strong support from the corporate team, which helped me adapt quickly and complete the program smoothly. My abilities were greatly improved. After returning, I continued the preparatory work and solved various problems with the team, especially those related to differences between the Chinese and European Pharmacopoeias. With the help of the corporate team, we launched the LIMS system in 2018 as the third site in the Servier group, which was significant growth for me.
After the system went live, I maintained close contact with the corporate team and key users from other sites. Through quarterly meetings and the WIP’s community (intranet), we shared information, as many issues were similar across sites.
At Servier, we have a good working environment and harmonious relationships. Everyone’s progress is recognized and encouraged. The four core values of Servier are reflected in our work, and over time I feel my relationship with the company is like that of like‑minded friends striving for common goals. This motivates me to keep moving forward, overcome difficulties, and achieve results.
As project leader, I continue maintaining and improving the system. In 2021 we completed an upgrade with the corporate team and key users, and in 2024 I led the implementation of a new stability module, making our site the first in the group to launch it.
Every achievement brings me fulfilment, helps me grow, strengthens my resilience, and makes me more confident for the next challenge.
