A signature program for start-ups innovation
Healthcare innovation is a collective endeavor. By connecting promising start-ups with leading incubators and Servier’s scientific expertise, the Golden Ticket program creates an environment in which new ideas can develop and potentially lead to new therapeutic solutions.
Following successful initiatives in the United States and Europe, Servier has launched the program in China in April 2026 during the ChinaBio Partnering Forum in Shanghai. The Golden Ticket program in China involves a three-year strategic partnership with the ATLATL Center for Innovation & Research. ATLATL is a global life sciences R&D innovation platform with research centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore, providing integrated services across the drug discovery and development process. The competition will identify high-potential research projects addressing major unmet medical needs in oncology and rare neurological diseases, two key focus areas for Servier’s R&D.
Innovation teams from across China have been invited to apply – the winner will be announced on November 3 during the Servier China Partnering Day in Shanghai. The winning start-up will benefit from ATLATL’s advanced R&D infrastructure, facilities and support services, as well as in-depth incubation within its life sciences ecosystem. It will also gain direct access to Servier’s R&D organization to explore opportunities for scientific collaboration, technology translation, joint development and commercialization.
This new initiative builds on a global program already established in several major innovation hubs. Since 2017, Servier has awarded a Golden Ticket in partnership with LabCentral in Boston-Cambridge. The Group subsequently expanded the program to Paris-Saclay, through Spartners by Servier & BioLabs, and to Medicon Valley, in partnership with Sweden’s SmiLe Venture Hub.
Tinos Therapeutics won the 2026 U.S. Golden Ticket
In April 2026, Servier awarded its U.S. Golden Ticket to Tinos Therapeutics, a pioneering start-up in epitranscriptomics – the study of biochemical modifications made to RNA molecules without changing their base sequence. The start-up received space and services at LabCentral 700, valid over a 13-month period. In addition, Servier provides access for scientific and strategic expertise, supporting their efforts to accelerate the development of transformative medicines for major medical needs.
Now present across North America, Europe and Asia, the Golden Ticket program enables Servier to support innovation where it emerges. By combining the agility and pioneering approaches of start-ups with pharmaceutical expertise, mentoring and world-class research environments, Servier aims to build lasting scientific connections and help accelerate the development of meaningful solutions for patients.
