Launched in 2019 at the initiative of Claude Bertrand, Executive Vice President of R&D at Servier, Seedpods Day is an annual scientific event dedicated to the SHINEDocs community, which brings together Servier’s doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. The goal is to provide a platform for rising talent to highlight the impact of their work and strengthen the cohesion of this scientific community. In addition, the program supports junior researchers by offering targeted training, career advice, and opportunities to expand their networks.
