Once again, we have been certified Top Employer in six European subsidiaries: Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, and Portugal. Thanks to these national certifications, Servier has obtained the Top Employer Europe 2023 certification.
Each year, Top Employer certifies companies that are committed to providing the best possible working environment for their employees through innovative HR practices that put people first.
The independent international certification authority Top Employers Institute certifies companies based on their participation and results in the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, divided into several themes such as talent management strategy, work environment, recruitment, training and skills development, workplace well-being, and diversity and inclusion.
