Spartners by Servier & BioLabs: Biotech start-up welcome to apply!

From 17 October, life sciences start-up with innovative concepts that address unmet medical needs are invited to apply to join the Servier and BioLabs incubator. Named Spartners by Servier & BioLabs, the incubator will be housed in the new Servier Research and Development Institute in Paris-Saclay, which will open in 2023.

Managed by BioLabs, developer and operator of high-end coworking labs in the United States and Europe, Spartners by Servier & BioLabs is a start-up incubator that is unique in France and aims to become a major player in therapeutic innovation. All the conditions are in place to stimulate research and promote knowledge sharing..

A tailor-made combination of space, services, and state-of-the-art equipment

Designed to accommodate about 15 start-ups, i.e. more than 100 scientists, Spartners by Servier & BioLabs’ 1,850 m2 building will combine shared and private laboratories with modular offices and flexible workstations specially designed to facilitate interaction. The work environment will be rounded out with meeting, reception, and dining areas.

Spartners by Servier & BioLabs will provide unique opportunities for entrepreneurs to test, develop, and grow their ideas. They will be able to evolve autonomously, while simultaneously benefiting from Servier’s scientific and technological expertise. Residents will also be able to connect with other entrepreneurs and industry leaders from the Paris-Saclay ecosystem and around the world.

The selection committee will be made up of representatives from Servier and BioLabs, as well as experts representing key players in healthcare innovation: Medicen, France Biotech, the SATT network (Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies), and Bpifrance. To find out more

In 2023, the Servier Paris-Saclay Research & Development Institute will open its doors within the Paris-Saclay interdisciplinary innovation cluster. In a few years, this scientific center of excellence will bring together nearly 25% of French scientific research.
