Christian Wyss
Christian Wyss joined Servier’s Supervisory Board in October 2022.
Christian Wyss is a corporate attorney with a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry having assisted numerous start-ups and pharma companies.
He is a partner at the Swiss law firm VISCHER with offices in Zurich, Basel and Geneva and co-heads the Corporate Team, the largest team of the firm.
Christian Wyss frequently represented parties in complex transactions and has acted as team leader in more than 10 major industry collaborations, five M&A transactions and 23 financing transactions in the life sciences industry.
Currently serves as a Board member of Grolman AG, the Swiss Red Cross Canton of Basel and the Willy A. und Hedwig Bachofen-HennÂStiftung, a charitable foundation.
Christian Wyss holds an LL.M.. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a law degree (lic. iur.) from the University of Basel. He has studied as well at the Université de Lausanne.
