Bernard Le Pezron
Bernard Le Pezron has been a member the Supervisory Board of Servier since April 2019. He chairs the Servier’s Corporate Governance Committee.
He is a legal and tax specialist with in-depth know-how in French tax matters as well as with respect to corporate governance and has extensive experience with the historical evolution of Servier.
His past career highlights include being Former Partner in the US law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher being the resident Partner in the Paris office (France).
Professor at the Ecole Nationale des Impôts and member of the Tax Department of the Conseil National du Patronat Français.
Bernard le Pezron holds a Licence es Sciences Economiques, from the University of Bordeaux.
