Towards an even more diverse and inclusive Servier: #ServierDiversity, a CSR program

Servier’s President Olivier Laureau along with the Executive Committee has signed a Group commitment in favor of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) on October 12, 2020. The document officializes and reinforces the Group’s determination to fighting discrimination, promoting diversity and developing an inclusive work environment.

With 22 000 employees in 66 subsidiaries across the world, Servier is a Group of people from different backgrounds and horizons united by a shared vocation: committed to therapeutic progress to serve patient needs.

Recognizing that diversity is a source of richness for the Group, the Servier D&I commitment outlines the role and responsibilities of the Group, its leaders, managers and employees, in fostering a respectful and inclusive work place for all.

“Respect and trust are already part of our Group’s culture. Based on our values, this commitment provides the guiding principles as we continue our journey to becoming an even more diverse and more inclusive organization. Furthermore, our Group is part of a larger society. And we, as a company, have an important role to play in contributing to a more harmonious world, where differences are not only accepted but also recognized as valuable.”

Vincent Minvielle, CSR Director

Servier’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion is the founding element of the #ServierDiversity, a long-term program of the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. In the coming months, more actions and processes will be rolled-out to promote diversity and inclusion within the Group.
