The break that does good!
For Yann Bucaille-Lanrezac, CEO of Cafés Joyeux, “the reception by Servier’s teams was simply incredible!” By promoting the opening a coffee shop at our headquarters from this chain, which supports inclusion of people with mental and cognitive disabilities in the workplace, Servier wanted to live out its commitment to vulnerable populations on a daily basis. Inclusion, goodwill, good moods, open-mindedness, a reason to smile… these are the words our employees use to describe this coffee break facility managed by people with disabilities.

An initiative that embodies Servier’s values
The initiative has emerged as a direct reflection of the values embodied by the Group’s employees. Olivier Laureau, President of the Servier Group, points out: “Our mission is focused on the most vulnerable people. Caring for others is essential in our company’s culture. We should demonstrate our values through actions.” This altruistic spirit is echoed by Dalil’s testimonial, a Café Joyeux crew member: “I’m given a lot of different tasks. The teams are super friendly. I feel happy here!”
